Without so much as a blip from Sony, leaks of a redesigned PlayStation 3 that's both smaller and slimmer (and hopefully cheaper) have finally leaked onto the Internet. Here are the first spy shots from Sony's shrink ray gun.

E3 is just around the corner and you know what that means! Game publishers and developers are prepping all of their new gaming announcements. With no PlayStation 4 announcement expected, a new rumor suggests Sony could be preparing to bet big on cloud gaming.

Hacker extraordinaire, George Hotz recently made huge waves in the gaming world by hacking the PlayStation 3 to run homebrew and allow pirated games is in a pickle. After having his hard drive seized, a U.S. judge has now granted Sony access to looking inside of it for hacking information. Boo, Sony, you're a meanie.

Ever since the Wii remote, third-party companies have been keen on building as many useless plastic shells to cash in on the instantly popular motion controller — including guns. They range from stuff like the family-friendly Wii Zapper to the more realistic Wii Sniper Rifle Gun. One thing they all had in common? They never really added to the experience. Now, it looks like Sony's PlayStation Move controller is plodding down the same plastic road. In an attempt to get more hardcore gamers excited about the Move (and perhaps more casual gamers excited for Killzone 3), Sony is calling in the Sharp Shooter. It looks cool enough, but is it fun to use? We took it for a spin.
