Avaak's first iteration of the Vue Personal Video Network webcam really impressed us from the start — it used wireless tech, was built for the U.S. military and had batteries that lasted nearly a year. So, could the the Vue team wow us again with its second generation of webcams? They definitely are giving it a try. How about motion detection, waterproofing, smartphone app integration on three major mobile platforms and a streamlined online management library — all in the same teensy-weensy little package. Why, that's one hell of a start.
