Rumors stories

For the most part, the iPad 2 rumors we've been hearing haven't been all that crazy. A new tapered body? Sure, why not. Extra cameras and speakers? Well, it is the second generation after all, it's got to do something more. There's one rumor going around, though, that we don't think Apple is going to be able to pull off.
The rumors are all over the place: The next iPad will be here by the end of this year, it'll be available in two new screen sizes, including a 5.6-inch, a 7-inch, and its current 9.7-inch screen size. Best of all, those displays will be organic LED (OLED). Why should you care?
If the rumors we're hearing are true, there could be a super iPhone in your pocket as early as January of next year. Just yesterday, we heard believable reports of the iPhone becoming available on Verizon in January. Now, the rumor mill has Verizon launching a superfast LTE wireless network launching this November 15.
