Nintendo 3DS owners who aren't content with snapping grainy 3D stills of their pets will finally get the long-awaited and delayed 3D video recording feature Nintendo promised a while back. In case you didn't know, Link has been rescuing Princess Zelda for 25 years and Nintendo's planning to celebrate the Legend of Zelda series in big ways this year to make sure fans don't forget. It's kicking the festivities off with Zelda Symphony concerts, gold Wii Remote bundles with the release of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword later this year and now Europe's getting a slick glossy black Nintendo 3DS emblazoned with a golden Triforce with wings and gold accents.

The Nintendo 3DS's $250 price tag will be slashed to $170 on August 12 in the U.S., after only being on the market for a little over four and a half months. This is either a really smart move by Nintendo or a really desperate one. We'd wager it's the latter.
