We haven't seen too much new stuff from Chevrolet/GM recently, maybe because they've been pouring all of their blood, sweat, and tears into making the Volt work. And that's fine. But they've found some time to throw together this Mi-Ray concept car, which debuted recently at the Seoul Motor Show.
