Gee I wonder why ESPN 3D is not making any money at all. Could it be that hardly anyone has a 3DTV? Perhaps it's because no one wants to wear those silly glasses after all? How about how expensive it is just to get a 3D rig up and running?

There's no excuse not to climb the world's tallest mountain anymore. Mount Everest just got an upgrade — a 3G one, courtesy of Nepali mobile network operator Ncell. Ncell claims to have a base station that reaches up to the mountain's summit.

QR codes are starting to pop up everywhere. What was once only a common sight in Japan is now taking the world by storm. We now have QR codes that are used for augmented reality, bring you to a website and soon you'll be able to make purchases just by scanning one with your smartphone's camera.
