Trampoline bridge is a disaster that really needs to happen

This is a terrible, terrible idea. It is, or rather could be, a bridge in Paris (called "A Bridge in Paris") that's made of inflatable tubing and three giant interconnected trampolines. It'll never happen, because people would sue the berets off of anyone who put it up for the injuries that would ensue, but wow, I want this to be real.

AZC Architecture Studio is responsible for this concept, which would provide "a newer and more playful path" in the form of "an inflatable bridge equipped with giant trampolines, dedicated to the joyful release from gravity as one bounces above the river." Note the myriad of people flying around in these concept images, none of whom are wearing skirts, and even fewer of whom have landed in the river, punctured their spleens, broken their necks, or engaged in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon-style combat with each other. Like we said, not realistic. The slides at the ends are a nice touch, though, and when we furbish DVICE HQ here at 30 Rock, we're gonna try and put in a bridge like this.

And a river.
