At six feet, seven inches tall, Darth Vader is a pretty imposing character. And for Star Wars fans attending a convention in Florida recently, a full-sized Jedi-turned-Sith was just one of the many sweet surprises in store.

The 600 folks attending the 501st Legion costume convention in Orlando enjoyed a 500-pound Vader cake that took 386 eggs, 57 pounds of butter, 46 pounds of sugar (well, you get the idea — it was HUGE) to make. Enjoy the gallery below to see this amazing display of gluttony unfold.
