Taihoo 2046 concept car modeled after Chinese scholar's stones

This concept car, from 22 year old Chinese transportation design student Huang Hao, is inspired by Taihu Stones, also known as scholar's stones. These porous, curving rocks can be found in all the best traditional Chinese gardens, and their forms lend themselves surprisingly well to a car designed for young couples in 2046.

Notable features of the Taihoo 2046 concept include a spherical front wheel, windows with integrated displays and solar cells, a battery system that enables the electric motors to power the car for 500km (because it's a concept, why not), and a mesh interior that can be unfolded into an in-car hammock.
