But the audacity doesn't end at simple brand jacking. The company even included a tiny "tm" trademark symbol next the name iPhone 5 on the package. Could it be that somehow these guys actually pulled a fast one and, similar to the iPad naming debacle, registered the iPhone 5 name in China before Apple? The brazen bootleggers even shaped the mango-flavored ice pop like the Apple logo.
