Here's a video demo of the world's first 'Cupcake ATM'

Last week, the world had to come to grips with the notion that cupcakes could in fact be vended by a machine as Sprinkles, an L.A.-based cupcakery, declared its pink-tinted ATM-looking contraption open for business. Inside: a reporter stares down a cold, unfeeling machine armed with 600 cupcakes.

The cupcake vending machine — or "cupcake ATM" as its being called give its resemblance to an automatic teller machine — is the first of its kind, but won't be the last. Sprinkles is looking to expand beyond Beverly Hills (New York City appears to be the first target), and apparently one day "the ATM will also offer Sprinkles cupcake mixes, apparel and dog treats."

See the Huffington Post's Lucy Blodgett try to confuse Sprinkle's Cupcake ATM by wearing a matching shirt in the video below.
