Adobe unleashes completely redesigned Photoshop CS6 public beta

All you budding graphic designers, today's going to be like another birthday for you (unless today is your b-day). Adobe just announced that the revamped and even easier to use Photoshop CS6 is available for trial as a public beta.

It's been two years since Adobe released Photoshop CS5 and CS6 should be even better. Adobe brags that the final build of CS6 will include 65 new features requested by users.

Along with the new Patch and Content Aware Fill tool, Photoshop CS6 will also include some light video editing features and new ways to search layers by color, mode and name (finally!).

There's a lot to dive into, so don't sit on your butt for another minute. Go grab the download Photoshop CS6 for Mac and PC here and explore it for yourself. The Mac version is 984MB and the Windows version is 1.7GB.

Adobe's shooting for a release of Photoshop CS6 by the first half of this year. Final copies of Photoshop CS6 will cost $700 for a new copy and $200 to upgrade from a previous version.

Happy Internet GIF meme making!
