Weird asymmetric Rubik's Cube is probably harder than it looks

I have a tough enough time solving a regular 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube, so don't ask me to try and figure out this 3x3x7 version.

The IQ Brick Cube looks like a regular 3x3x3 cube, but it splits some of the sections again into three more pieces, something that's guaranteed to throw any logical system for solving cubes out the window. Even that crazy 17x17x17 cube we saw earlier this year seems more logical.

Still, if you happen to think 3x3x7 still sounds easy, they also have a 3x3x9 version to challenge you.

The IQ Brick Cubes (so called because they're not official Rubik's products) are available now for about $27 each.
