Video: Time-lapse tribute to Blade Runner transforms Tokyo

This is Tokyo, captured in time-lapse over the course of a year, set to music from Blade Runner. In other words, prepare for a visual and auditory feast.

Created by Samuel Cockedey, his video "Android Dreams" is described as a "tribute to Ridley Scott and Vangelis, whose work on Blade Runner has been a huge source of inspiration in my shooting time lapses." (You can see more of said time-lapses here.)

He used a Canon 5dmk2 to shoot the scenes, which are comprised mostly of skylines and views from Tokyo's Shinjuku ward. We've embedded the video below for your viewing pleasure, but I humbly recommend that you click here and watch it in all its HD glory.
