Robot that plays Angry Birds kind of defeats the game's purpose

Angry Birds is a fun but kind of brain dead way to kill some time when you're stuck somewhere, so I'm not sure why you would want a robot to take away the joy of playing this first-class time waster.

Of course it could be that building robots is what you do to pass the time, and I guess that must have been Jason Huggins' motivation. His Bitbeambot has a servo driven finger that pulls the birds back in the slingshot, and flings them off towards the piggies.

What's not clear is whether Bitbeambot actually analyzes the scene and chooses the best possible firing angle, or if it just sends the birds off in the right general direction.
