Okay, so there's a catch. With the new Ferrari CF8 road bike it is you who provides the power as you pedal away, but if you want to be the Fernando Alonso of the road bike racing scene, this looks like just the machine for the job.
The Ferrari CF8 is built for the Italian supercar company by Colnago, which is pretty close to the racing bike equivalent of Ferrari. As you would expect, the component parts are all top shelf, including a carbon fiber frame and the electronic shifting Shimano Dura Ace Di2 groupset. The complete bike weighs just over 15 pounds, so even with just one human power, the power to weight ratio should be pretty good.
Available with either black of white trim, the $16,675 Colagno for Ferrari CF8 is limited to just 200 bikes. Ferrari has already reserved 10 of them for themselves, so you had better move fast if you want one.
