Waterproof video cameras are nothing new, but if you've ever tried to use one, you'll quickly discover that it's pretty tough to swim while trying to hold a camera straight. These video camera goggles fix that problem, by leaving both hands free so you can swim at full speed while getting some cool shots of that approaching shark.
The goggles come from those crazy folks at Thanko in Japan, and feature a recorder that captures video at 1280×960 resolution, and still pictures at 2560×1920 with 2GB of built in storage. Once you're done in the water, a screw-off cover gives access to a USB port for downloading and recharging the battery.
The goggles are available from Thanko for about $100.
