Here's an interesting rumor: Apple may be planning to make a bid for Hulu, giving them control of the popular streaming video service.

Apparently, the deal would include 2 years of exclusive rights from the content providers involved, and at least 5 years of programming to be available guaranteed.

What would Apple do with Hulu? Well, it would be a pretty great compliment to the Apple TV, wouldn't it? But it would also be strange bedfellows with Apple's iTunes video store, so we'll see. It is just a rumor, after all.
