Danish bridge gets turned into a giant set of tubular bells

If you can't stand the constant tinkling of wind chimes, don't head to Aarhus Denmark, where a pedestrian footbridge has been turned into what must be the world's biggest set of wind bells.

Chimecco was created by Mark Nixon for an exhibition called Sculpture by the Sea, and uses 600 tuned aluminum pipes to create a cacophony of sound.

In addition to random wind generated music, people on the footbridge can play Chimecco by pressing interactive nodes that actuate the bells. I wonder how many people have tried to play Bridge Over Troubled Water or the Red Hot Chili Peppers' Under The Bridge?
