Welcome back, Commodore 64
Wednesday, April 6, 2011 - 2:15pm
The Commodore 64 was a pretty big deal when it was released way back in 1982. Since then, there have been some pretty serious advances in computing, to say the least. But that won't stop the Commodore from making a comeback.
Yes, the Commodore brand has risen from the ashes, and a brand new Commodore 64 is set to be released soon. Keeping the same shape, this new version will pack in more modern guts, allowing it to surf the web and run whatever programs you want. But it'll look like a piece of computing history. It'll be priced from $250 to $900, and you can even get one with a Blu-ray player in there. It should blow the original away.
