Seven minute jetpack flight breaks endurance record

Martin Aircraft has been teasing for years with their personal jetpack, but now it looks like the thing is finally going to get off the ground, for real.
Recently, the New Zealand based company took the jetpack outside for testing, and had it complete a seven minute flight. To be fair, the flight was actually piloted from solid ground by remote with a weighted dummy taking the pilot's place, but that seems like a smart move with so many unknowns.
Martin is saying that the jetpack will be shipping to customers later this year at a target price of $100,000, but then again we've heard that before.
