In what could possibly be the best news ever for Netflix, Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space 9 will start streaming in all their glorious glory later this year. In other reasonably good news, so will TOS, Voyager, and Enterprise.

Netflix has confirmed that they'll be streaming every episode from all five Star Trek franchises. TOS, TNG, Voyager and Enterprise will all be available on July 1st, with DS9 coming on October 15th. TOS and Enterprise will be in HD. This is awesome, obviously, it's just sad that the release will be a little bit too late for Captain Picard Day, which is celebrated on June 16th.
