Clever Star Wars parodies riff on Microsoft's Windows 7 ads
Just whose idea was Windows 7? If you ask Microsoft, it wasn't the company's — it was everybody's. Apparently the Death Star enjoys a similarly muddled past.
YouTube user Sneaky Zebra used Star Wars costumes (that look pretty much like real movie props), a green screen and video editing software to toss together short adverts that poke at Microsoft's "Windows 7 was my idea" string of ads. Since we're suckers for anything Star Wars brought into the real world, we've watched them probably a dozen times now.
So, who came up with the idea for a big ball of death that can reduce entire planets to dust? Well, it depends on who you ask. You've got your average trooper TK-421:
