Concept car embeds solar panels to power dashboard interface

The recent Geneva motor show had more than a few surprises in the way of concept cars, including a powerful yet tiny zero-emissions roadster from Smart called the Forspeed.
Able to reach speeds of 75 miles per hour, the vehicle is powered by a lithium-ion battery electric engine and features photovoltaic cells integrated into its wind deflectors, a green energy solution designed to power the car's dashboard electronics.
