Playing ping pong with two quadrocopters is better than with paddles

This is the future of ping pong. Why go through the hassle of setting up a ping pong table when you can use two quadrocopters and play air pong?

The quadrocopter fanatics over at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology did just that. Each quadrocopter has a tennis racket head bolted to its body to enable ping pongs to bounce around. In action, both quadrocopters going at the ball, back and forth, looks like tons of boring Sunday fun — all that's missing is a net, which can be easily remedied.

So far, quadrocopters are proving to be very useful robots for entertainment. Last time, we saw quadrocopter playing piano. What next? A quadrocopter waiter serving cocktails?
