You really can't beat starlight. But if you're looking for a substitute for starlight due to you not living outside, the Starlight Lamp by Omri Barzeev could be a good choice.

The table lamp has a flexible, polygonal surface with 126 LEDs embedded inside of it. You can bend it and shape it however you want, which isn't quite how real starlight works, but is a nice feature for a lamp.
