Audi has unveiled its new entry into the annual epic 24-hour race known as the Le Mans, but upon closer inspection their new R18 prototype looks suspiciously similar to a 2009-era Cylon Raider.

Made of a single piece of lightweight, durable carbon fiber, the car is also unique in that it uses 100 percent LED lights, giving the car an additional hint of sci-fi flavor. While we're pretty sure there's no wetware AI intelligence housed inside the vehicle, the striking similarity to the villainous BSG spacecraft makes it an instant design classic for futurists.
