This is Melbourne's Webb Bridge. It was designed by Denton Corker Marshall and Robert Owen to resemble a Koori eel trap. Part of a public art project, this bridge transformed the now-defunct Webb Rail Bridge into a popular, albeit slightly odd-looking pedestrian overpass.
