Excited for Tron Legacy? Well, there may be more to this than just a new movie. Disney Imagineers are also developing a Tron Legacy ride, which has the potential to blow old Space Mountain out of the water.

The idea would be to make it the centerpiece of a new, revamped Tomorrowland at Disneyland in California. It's still in the early stages of development, and nothing is set in stone, but if everything works out you could be riding a lightcycle in close proximity to a dude in a Mickey costume somewhere around late 2012/early 2013.
