Homemade computer has 70TB of storage cooled by 40 fans

That cardboard Mac Pro with its paltry 1TB hard drive? It's nothing compared to this homemade computer chassis that houses 70 terabytes — yes, that's 70TB worth of hard drives.

It's not uncommon to have a few terabytes of storage inside one's computer these days but combining 60 hard drives is a bit much don't you think? Apparently not, because that's exactly what one Russian PC builder decided to do. The modder had to build a "case" out of wood just to fit the entire lot!

In order to keep the PC — if you can even call it that, it's more like a monster — from overheating and blue-screening itself, the whole thing is cooled off by 40 fans.

We have two questions: how much does it cost to power the thing? And is it worth it?
