I think the most successful iPad cases really do a nice job of disguising what's inside. If I wanted to look like I was carrying around an iPad, I'd just carry around an iPad without a case.

This Dunhill iPad case looks like what Winston Churchill would have carried his iPad around in if iPads had existed back when he was alive. Sure, being from a high-end fashion line, this will probably set you back more than the iPad itself, but can you really put a price on class?
