This is the Inntel Hotel, currently completing construction in Zaandam, the Netherlands. And yes, it looks like a big stack of houses.

This awesome design is by WAM Architecten, and it's designed to look like just that: a stack of houses that look like those in the surrounding area. When it's all complete, it'll have 160 rooms and a conference center. One thing's for sure: next time I happen to be in Zaandam, I'm staying at the Inntel.
