There have been plenty of rumors about when Microsoft's Project Natal controller-less system would be hitting the shelves. Perhaps it wasn't meant to be leaked in this way, but Microsoft's marketing manager in Saudi Arabia was asked during an interview with GamerTagRadio when Natal was coming to Saudi and the world. Not exactly the big press event you would have expected for this kind of news.
Syed Bilal Tariq stated that Project Natal would be launched in Saudi Arabia, and the rest of the world, sometime in October. "We will be in a position to confirm the date at E3, which is in June, but definitely it is going to be October 2010."
An October release gives us all plenty of time to sort out that whole naughty or nice business. It only makes sense that it would be ready for the 2010 holiday season, considering that "Natal" is the Portuguese word for "Christmas," just 228 shopping days away from today.
