With hardly any time for the iPad buzz to die down, here comes version 4.0 of the iPhone operating system. Apple is calling it a "sneak peek at the next generation of iPhone OS software," and it's happening on Thursday, April 8 — a mere three days from now.
As we get into speculation mode here, multitasking seems highly likely, especially since it's been available for jailbroken iPhones for a long time now. Also toward the top of our wish list is wireless syncing. We've just about given up hope for Flash compatibility, though. Another question: How will this affect the iPad?
