Sony's Cyber-shot line of cameras have always been an excellent option for anyone who uses a camera casually — you know, like taking pictures at parties or on family trips. Now, the electronics giant is teaching its long-running digital camera line a new trick with the Cyber-shot TX5, which boasts the ability to go underwater with you.
You won't want to take it too deep as it's only rated for a depth of three meters, though that should be enough for most pools or some fun at the beach. Other than that the TX5 operates as you'd expect, with a 10.2 megapixel sensor, 45 MB of onboard storage and the ability to shoot panoramas and HD video.
Look for the TX5 in March.
