We've been lusting after that Dell Mini 3 smartphone ever since it was first tentatively rolled out in China. Want one? It's headed to AT&T, running the Android OS and piling on some stiff competition to Google's "superphone."
That challenge to Google's Nexus One, along with numerous others, might be one of the reason Google's stock is tanking today, down more than 2%. Is selling cellphones too risky for the "don't be evil" company? Either way, hungry-for-a comeback dudes like Dell are obviously in the hunt.
