Intel Reader photographs text, reads it to you

The new Intel Reader, released today, is a little camera-computer that takes photos of text and converts them into MP3s of that text being read aloud in a synthesized voice.
Using an Atom processor, a 5-megapixel camera and Intel's Linux-based Moblin OS, it converts text on the fly right when the picture is taken. It's designed for the visually impaired, and it looks pretty great. Unfortunately, it's a whopping $1,500, but for some people that's well worth it.
