It's kinda fun watching the video of Francis Gomes' electric taxi concept. The Taxius Animalus starts off looking like a prop for a weird Vikings-meets-Mad Max B movie that never made it past the pitch stage, before turning into a cross between a mini tank and a pterodactyl.

The monocoque plastic shell of the vehicle sits on an electric powertrain, and runs on six wheel tracks, making it all-terrain. Toyota, no stranger to concepts itself, has stamped its mark all over the concept, which is a school transportation design project from the European Institute of Design.
