Normally when you turn a sink on, you twist a knob to do so. That's far from the case with the Origin Washstand concept by Jin-Woog Koo. To get the water flowing in this sink, you've got to lift up the pebble that rests where the water comes out. The it'll flow down a windy path into a basin. Of course!
This thing is beautiful, to be sure, but I wonder about how practical it is. There doesn't appear to be any way to control the temperature, and I don't know how you actually would wash your hands in a sink where the water never cascades off something. But hey, it's pretty! So there's that.
