Nintendo just had its yearly press conference at the E3 conference in LA, and it unveiled a new peripheral for the Wii. Is it a new way to control games? A fancy new motion sensor like the Xbox Project Natal? Uh, not exactly.
It's, well, a pulse monitor. That plugs into your controller. It's called the Wii Vitality Sensor, and there are no uses for it that have been announced, but you can be sure it'll tie into the Wii Fit somehow. But, well, yep. This is Nintendo's target market now, I guess, and I'm just not in it.
