For those of us who are still scratching our heads at why the remaining Beatles would agree to affix their hallowed names to the pathetic pretend pantomime game of Rock Band, we're relieved to see the game release has one redeeming value: its trailer.

This video captures the essence of all that was The Beatles, rolling into mere minutes their rise to fame and evolution into psychedelic magnificence. The animation is thrilling, creative, technically spotless, and first-class, just like The Beatles. Brilliant.
