Leica is getting all stylish on us, releasing this white version of its exquisite M8 digital camera. The company's coy about the specs, but it's widely speculated that the innards are the same as the conventional M8. Pricing might be a bit more than the steep $4000 of the original 10.3-megapixel M8, but then, you get what you pay for, especially when you're talking Leica's super-sharp optics.
We have a buddy who swears by these cameras — both the current digital editions and their classic film-based forebears — testifying to the authenticity of Leica's quality from past to present. And this white version? Reminds us of a white Steinway grand piano. Gorgeous.
