I love chillin' during the long hot summer with a good blast of cool AC, but I'm not sure if I need to take that particular comfort with me into the afterlife. Apparently some folks in Serbia think otherwise, as a casket company in Novi Sad says they're having a hard time keeping these $6,600 corpse chillers in stock.
I understand how keeping the body looking fresh might be important if you're planning an open casket funeral in the summer heat, but wasn't the science of embalming figured out centuries ago? Once you're six feet in the ground, things are pretty cool anyway.
Personally, I'd go for a coffin with a few snacks to munch on and a webcam on the outside, so I could see the reactions of all my relatives.
