A printer that uses coffee grounds as ink

It's a well-known scam in computer retail: printers are cheap, but ink for said cheap printers is outrageously expensive. It's a lousy situation, one that leads many people to just not get a printer. But what if you could use something you already had kicking around to print your documents? Like, say, coffee grounds?

The RITI Coffee Printer turns old coffee grounds into printer ink, saving you money and saving the environment at the same time. It appears to just be a concept at the time being, but hopefully this will come to market sooner rather than later.
