Simply sit on it and have a friend (hopefully a musically-inclined friend) strum on the back. You'll then receive a vibrating massage on your back, thighs and hands. Is it as good as a leather massage chair? I doubt it, but then again a regular massage chair can't make beautiful, beautiful music. It's a trade off, I suppose.
