Desktop PC with 7-inch touchscreen doesn't need its own monitor

Here's something you don't see every day: a desktop PC with a built-in touchscreen. Usually, desktop PCs are designed to sit tucked under your desk and away from view, allowing an external monitor to display what it's got to show. Not the case with the Shuttle D10: it's got a 7-inch LCD touchscreen right on the front.

With a resolution of only 800x480, this clearly isn't meant to replace your standard desktop PC. But if you're looking to install a PC somewhere like your car or as a supplement to your home theater setup where you don't have room for a standalone monitor, it could be a pretty good solution. It looks like it'll be available in Japan starting this week starting at very reasonable, sub-$500 prices.
