While grown-up iPods and the like are a definite no-no with their choking hazard earbuds and strangling cords, the Sweetpea 3 was designed to be lil' kid friendly, with a built in speaker, special kid-proof volume control, and no small parts to break off. While the 'four hour' song capacity seems a little limiting, most kids have no problem hearing the same songs 56 times in a day.
