Smoker Bell provides outdoor shelter for those who still light up

In response to France's new ban on smoking in public buildings, Paris architect Florian Brillet created the Smoker Bell. It's an adjustable hood that protects smokers from the elements when they venture outside to light up. And because it's French, it also has room for two and includes a shelf to hold coffee cups. So technically it shelters people while they're indulging in two vices. It's just a concept right now, so don't expect to see one during your next tour of the Louvre.
