CES Weird: Car suppository saves gas

Drop a couple of these Moletech capsules into your gas tank, strap one to your radiator hose and insert one into your air filter and for the next 10 years you'll get 20 percent better gas mileage.

Really. How? According to their maker, Mtech, gas and air molecules are all lumped together. Whatever is in the pellets breaks up these gas and air molecule cliques to create more complete combustion, which increases horse power which decreases gas usage. Mtech has a 27-page assessment by Associate Professor Peter Dingle from Australia's Murdoch University that says so.

The pictured pellets are for cars with 3-6 liter engines and run $299 for the set. There is a single pellet for motorcycles for $119.
