USB flash drives have become the portable storage medium of choice for, well, pretty much everybody who knows about them, offering a relatively cheap, rewritable alternative to blank CDs with an increasingly large capacity. And while most affordable models cap out in the low single digits of gigabytes, bigger and bigger models keep appearing.
The new king of the mountain is this 32GB Buffalo drive. Yes, that's right, a 32GB thumb drive. Its comes loaded with something called "TurboUSB" that will supposedly make transferring 32GB of data via USB take less than a week like it should. Look for details on this bad boy to drop at CES next month, including pricing and availability.
